Who recognises your courses?

This course is recognised by the Ministry of Manpower and Singapore Civil Defence Force. It is also accepted by other agencies as prerequisites for first aiders. The CPR+AED portion is certified by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council.

How long is the certification?

Each certification and recertification lasts for 2 years.

How do I qualify for a refresher course?

You will need to have a valid Occupational First Aid Certification. Certification which has just reached expiry may be accepted on a case-to-case basis.

Where are your courses conducted?

At our office and training centre located at 29 Bukit Pasoh Road.
Take the lift to the 2nd or 3rd floor classrooms.
Check the location of your class first on the display TV at level 1.

When can I take the courses?

Occupational First Aid Courses usually run from Mondays to Wednesdays, while Occupational First Aid Refresher Courses usually run on Thursdays and Fridays. Exceptions to this occur when there are public holidays or other events that may interrupt the schedule.

What is the duration of the course?

The Occupational First Aid Course is conducted over 3 full days. The Occupational First Aid Refresher Course is conducted over 2 full days.

Will international trainees be able to understand and catch up?

It is important to have a good grasp of English to understand the class well. However, the class is conducted in a very simple format, with lots of images, diagrams and videos used to help learners pick up the important information effectively. Over 50% of the course is practical-focused and learners will receive a good amount of coaching from our instructors. This approach results in a very high success rate for our learners.
